Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients
- Maintain a clean and organized display area
- Process transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of jewelry materials, gemstones, and precious metals is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately process transactions
