We are seeking a seasoned learning strategist to join a project we are leading for one of our large tech clients in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will evaluate existing learning content for our client's call center knowledge base, pinpoint gaps, and develop curriculum and strategy to ready trainers in the onboarding of a new vendor. If you are the right fit, you are open to helping with project scoping, and ultimately driving overall learning strategy and execution. You understand how people learn, know how to help shape training experiences that will be used throughout the company.

Pay rate range, depending on experience level: $65-80/hr W2
