What we are looking for:
A part-time position collecting on our early-stage delinquent accounts. This can be a work-from-home position. You will be required to work at least five days a week for 10-15 hours per week. As the business grows, the number of hours per week will likely increase.
This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business. The position has the potential to evolve into a greater role at Pinnacle with career advancement.
What you will do:
- Utilize our loan servicing platform to contact customers in order to bring accounts current.
- Input detailed notes following each call or contact.
- Provide an excellent customer experience while following all applicable collections policies and regulations.
What you will bring:
- Prior debt collections experience is strongly preferred. Also, skip tracing experience is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including speaking in a professional manner over the phone.
- Ability to resolve conflict with customers.
- Computer proficient with experience in Microsoft Outlook and Loan Servicing software/platform.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18-$20/hr plus bonuses
