Job description
FRONT DESK
*
The Front Desk provides excellent customer service support to The Camp Transformation Center guests, clients, and staff. This includes greeting every guest or client that arrives at The Camp in a friendly manner. The Front Desk is responsible for helping and guiding clients with meal plans and supplement support.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Checking in clients and making sure their payments are up to date
-Name tags!
-Monitor incoming inquiries such as phone calls, gym sales, and emails
-Each front desk is given 15 minutes prior to the first class to begin duties
-Each front desk is given 30 minutes to clean up after the last class session
-Building positive and professional relationships with clients, staff, and members
-Camp cleanliness (clean lobby, restrooms, mirrors, equipment, cubbies, etc.)
-LIVE videos
-Creating videos for announcements on social media
-Social media posts on most recent announcements
-Class pictures
-Inputting/scanning/verifying/filing
-Weekly inventory
-Weekly weigh ins
-Restroom checks
-Pumping up campers
-Restocking supplements and apparel
-Upselling supplements and apparel
-Ensure a safe and secure location
-Sell supplements
-Must show up on a timely manner
-We highly encourage that all social media posts stay as Camp related as possible as well as positive and friendly and stay away from slandering and highly debatable and conflictive topics
-Other duties assigned by owner or director
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
