Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative supports
Handling daily correspondences and coordinating meetings and projects
Assist in office administration and operation issues
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1- 2 years’ relevant work experience as Secretary/Administration Assistant
Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Calendar
Proficient in English and Chinese word processing/inputting method
Good communication skill, strong interpersonal skill, multi-tasking and good team spirit
