About You
As the Financial Analyst, you will join the Finance Team Ukraine and Central Europe (UA&CE). You will be responsible to provide analytical support, insights and leadership in Total Delivered Cost analytics (TDC) for the business to deliver its financial and strategic goals.
You will also partner very closely with the Cluster CFO and Mill /plants Finance teams to drive TDC analytics and transformation agenda.
In a role newly opened in UA&CE organization, you will report to the Finance Lead Ukraine & Central Europe and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Location: we can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Kyiv Office) for candidates already based in Ukraine. And we can offer totally remote model for the period of martial law.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Playing a lead role in total delivered cost planning and analysis for UA&CE in close collaboration with European mills/plants, including annual budgeting and quarterly business planning processes.
Facilitating cost transformation agenda for the region.
Partnering with the business teams to provide in-depth evaluation of relevant projects – product innovations, sourcing changes, etc.
Leading complex data analysis, synthesis, visualization through Excel/Power BI tools.
Partnering with commercial teams to provide latest estimation of TDC performance on weekly and monthly basis
Proactively analyzing business plans to highlight opportunities and risks in TDC as well as support development of mitigation plans.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Previous experience in Finance Analysis (cost, manufacturing, production, business), preferably gained in a FMCG, manufacturing or consulting environment.
Knowledge of financial theory and practice, including business modelling, analysis, and business implications.
Proficient systems skills in both Excel and SAP/R3; Knowledge of Anaplan / Power BI will be a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse organizations and cultures, strong communication skills with ability to challenge and influence at all levels
Fluent Ukrainian and English languages.
