We are seeking a Data Clerk to join our Data Analytics team. This position's ideal candidate has high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

About You
You have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about maintaining accurate and organized records. At a minimum, you have:

High attention to detail with a focus on quality- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity, work ethic, and self-discipline
- Ability to consistently work 20-30 hours per week
- High School Diploma; pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business, MIS, or other related fields is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
Your Impact
As a Data Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our organization's records and data quality.Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing web-based research and data mining to gather information
- Entering data accurately into Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM
- Performing quality assurance on company records to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Updating and maintaining company records as needed
- Contributing to data-related projects and initiatives as assigned
