Customer Service Representative [Malaysia]


 

Job Description

CSR will be responsible for all aspects of customer service inquiries. These include handling overall product and service general inquiries, purchase/reload transaction status inquiries, account inquiries, and all other product and service issues following the company’s terms of service and policies. Here are some of the responsibilities you may have:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Fully documents customer interactions in real-time
  • Solve problems within defined quality standards using a basic understanding of products, solutions, and customer environments
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Working collaboratively with technical support team members to resolve more complex issues
  • Familiarizes self with new technologies, products, and platforms (product training will be provided from time to time)
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures related to customer service, data privacy, and security

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Required language(s): must know to speak and write in English and Mandarin
  • Candidates must have at least an SPM or diploma certificate
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to working in a team
  • Must be able to work on rotating shifts as needed (weekdays, weekends, and public holidays)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Knowledge and practical experience of cloud solutions are an added advantage
  • Customer service experience in contact center or e-commerce setting is preferred but not always required

Additional Information

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM3,500
