- ASAP Pending Credentialing (1-2 weeks), 3-6 month contract w/ option to extend
- Surgical Cases per year: 4,000-5,000
- OB Deliveries per year: 400-500
- 169 beds, ORs 4-5
- 4 MDs, 6 CRNAs
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am-3 pm
- Cases: General, Ortho, GI, Trauma Cases
- Call: 1:8
- Travel and Lodging provided
