Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Department of Anesthesiology is looking for a CRNA to join our group of 40 Anesthesiologists, 25 Residents and 33 CRNAs. We are looking for an anesthetist who is dedicated to his/her profession and wishes to pursue his/her career in a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team approach setting, where Resident training and SRNA clinical rotations from UNE (University of New England) make a dynamic and challenging teaching environment in which to work and grow. The practice includes all types of general and some regional anesthetics, as well as invasive monitoring techniques in 25 ! operating rooms (as well as many off-sites) for all types of s! urgical procedures, including pediatrics, neurosurgery and vascular surgery. All CRNA’s hold a faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth as Instructors in Anesthesia.
This is a full-time, salaried and benefited position with a desirable schedule of Monday through Friday on days, plus 2nd call weekdays and weekends.
Completion of an approved nurse anesthesia program with Board certification is necessary. 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but new graduates are certainly considered.
