LAKES REGION ANESTHESIOLOGY, PA (LRA, PA) is a private practice group of providers looking for a Full-Time CRNA on the LRGH Hospital Campus. This position is due to increasing staff needs.
! Salary is negotiable, starting at $115,000 to $125,000 (Depending on Experience/Qualifications) ($160,000.00 to $170,000 per CRNA can be realized in Total Benefit Package) (****Note: 20% of Salary is contributed by LRAPA into a Pension Profit Sharing Plan******). No CRNA Call. Dr.'s take all call. Clinical autonomy in practice. Dr's are available for consultation and collaboration as needed.
Mainly "bread and butter" cases. No Hearts, Neuro (Heads), High Risk Peds or High Risk OB..
Routine use of Ultrasound guided peripheral nerve blocks with growing use of peripheral nerve catheters. In servicing available.
"Compensation Time" for overtime (either overtime pay or additional time off ), 8 weeks of personal days off (includes vacation, sick time, and CME time.
Top of the line Medical, Dental, Malpractice, Disability, Life Insurance, and Retirement.
Salary plus retirement equals $148,000.00 to $162,000.00. There is a $1,000.00 sig! ning bonus.
