Collaborates with other members of the management team to ensure that the department meets its goals through the appropriate allocation of resources, be it human, financial or technical. Also serves as an advocate for the success of the department, as well as an ambassador for the mission of the hospital by communicating successes and obtaining developmental resources for the purpose of education, training and experience to increase technical competence. This position reports to the CNO and supervises the positions of CRNA, RN, Surgical Technicians, Office Supp! ort, Central Supply and Periop Support Techs.
Bachelo! rs in Nursing required. MBA or MSN preferred. A minimum of 5â€"7 years of relevant OR experience with at least three years of progressive supervisory/management experience.
